End of Life Plesk 11

BlueiTech informs all customers that Plesk 11 will reach “End of Life” and “End of Support” status, as of Jan 30, 2017.Plesk Producer will terminate any development and security fixes and they will no longer accept technical support requests, this also includes discontinuing Knowledgebase articles.

We recommend that our customers using Plesk 11 to consider upgrading to  Plesk 12

How to Upgrade?
All Plesk 11.x servers can be upgraded to Plesk 12 inline without doing a migration. Please see the following Knowledgebase article, https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213411749, and Plesk 12 Linux or Windows upgrade realease note for additional information

If you signed for Professional and/or Advanced Level Support you are entitled to open a trouble ticket asking our staff to do upgrading at no charge.

If you have only Basic Assistance and you do not want to upgrade  by  yourself, you can ask our support staff to do it on your behalf at a cost of euros 100,00 una tantum. In this case it is requested you open a ticket asking for upgrade to Plesk 12
