End of Life Parallels Plesk 10

BlueiTech needs to inform all customers that Parallels Plesk 10 will reach “End of Life” and “End of Support” status, as of Jan 31, 2015.This means that Parallels will cease further development and security  fixes and will no longer be accepting technical support requests, this also includes discontinuing Knowledgebase articles.

Parallels recommends that all customers using Plesk 10 consider upgrading to Parallels Plesk 12, depending on the version of the software and number of servers you are using.

Why Upgrade?

Parallels Plesk 12 offers many enhancements that align with how web servers and web apps are being deployed and consumed today.

How to Upgrade?

All Parallels Plesk 10.x servers can be upgraded to Plesk 12 inline without doing a migration.

If you signed for Professional and/or Advanced Level Support you are entitled to open a trouble ticket asking our staff to do upgrading at no charge. If you have only Basic Assistance and you do not want to upgrade  by  yourself, you can ask our support staff to do it on your behalf at a cost of euros 100,00 una tantum.
In this case it is requested you open a ticket asking for upgrade to Plesk 12
