Our Support services are designed to ensure an uptodate, high level, extremely fast support to help you to reach your goals.

The service is primarily provided via Trouble Ticket system , which allows you to report problems simply by filling out a form within our client area, where you can describe the problem and specify the priority .
Each ticket will have a unique code allowing you to correspond directly with our technical support by e-mail.

"Basic" level is free and allows you to maintain in complete autonomy the management of the service , you can always ask for suggestions at any time and for any activity.
If you wish you to delegate us monitoring of some services and/or to perform some basic tasks, you can chose between "Professional" and " Advanced" levels.

These two levels include "Proactive monitoring" which completely revolutionizes support concept: while you waited for an event / problem, now there is an active management of problems by implementing all measures that allow extreme reducing of down time and, in some cases, to forecast eventual inefficiency.
